2. Room policy
     - All Rates are subject to changed without prior notice
     - Rates are included vat and service charge
     - Check-in : 12.00 noon
     - Check-out : 12.00 noon
     - Baggage handling each way is included in the rate
     Late check-out is subject to room availability on the date
     of departure.
3. Term of payment
     - Requests one night room rate as a deposit to secure
     confirm reservation. Pass upon arrival make payment on
     request.
4. Cancellation & Amendment Policy
     - Notification of cancellations / amendments can be
     accepted via fax or e-mail to
       e-mail : info@a9place.com only but they will not
       be guaranteed.
     - Any cancellation requested 4 days (or more) before
     arrival date, the deposit of one room night for each room
     will be refunded to your credit card with deduct a 20 %
     administration and banking charge.
     - Any cancellation requested 3 days (or less) before arrival
        date or no show, the deposit of one room night for each
       room will be Non-Refundable.

Our Rooms:

Our rooms are tastefully decorated in contemporary youthful Thai style. We have several types of rooms to choose from to make sure your stay is the most comfortable. First of all you can choose to have one large, full size bed or two twin beds, both choices of high quality, new mattresses to ensure your restful sleep. In addition to that you can choose to stay in a remote controlled air-conditioned room or a comfortable fan room. All rooms have windows opening up to the outside so you are always ensured fresh air and plenty of natural light. If that is not enough choices you also get to choose your color scheme, we have 2 different color schemes and beautiful local artwork in each of the rooms.

Every room has a private hot and cold shower with a Western toilet, phone (reception line and outside line), color cable TV, WI-FI wireless internet access on the whole grounds and a small balcony to enjoy the view of the mountain or garden area (in the front).
